Engineering intelligence rollout covers five LTTS platforms

L&T Technology Services announced a partnership with Anthropic on 14th July 2026 from San Francisco and Bengaluru, India. The deal brings Claude models into LTTS engineering processes and AI-powered platforms.

Across its Engineering Intelligence work, LTTS plans to use Claude to help enterprise clients redesign product and software development. That should support faster innovation and improved outcomes at scale.

The integration covers five LTTS platforms: AgenticIQ, PlxAI, Ainfonix, AiNexus and AiTest. Those systems support work across the product and software development lifecycle.

Claude will support knowledge management, software development, validation, testing and lifecycle management. As a result, LTTS expects better quality, higher productivity and faster speed to market.

Instead of automating single tasks, LTTS uses its Engineering Intelligence model to help teams make faster decisions and streamline workflows. It also targets continuous improvement in products, manufacturing plants and industrial systems.

Amit Chadha, chief executive and managing director of L&T Technology Services, said: “Engineering is entering a new era where intelligence is becoming an integral part of how products are designed, software is developed and engineering decisions are made.”

Chadha tied the Anthropic partnership to LTTS’ wider Engineering Intelligence strategy. He said LTTS wants to redesign engineering work rather than only automate existing processes.

LTTS trades on BSE under 540115 and on NSE under LTTS.

L&T Technology Services is a listed subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro. It provides design, development, testing and sustenance services across products and processes.

Its business covers mobility, sustainability and tech. LTTS says its client base includes 69 Fortune 500 companies and 57 top ER&D companies.

Clients span industrial products, medical devices, transportation, telecom and hi-tech, and process industries. Meanwhile, LTTS says it has more than 23,840 employees.

Headquartered in India, LTTS operates 21 global design centres and 30 global sales offices. That footprint supports delivery across its international engineering client base.

In the 14th July 2026 announcement, LTTS said Claude would be integrated across AgenticIQ, PlxAI, Ainfonix, AiNexus and AiTest. However, the company did not give a timetable for the rollout.
