On Sunday, 24th May, Sydney welcomes participants to the Memory Walk & Jog at Cathy Freeman Park. Starting at 7:30am, the event encourages the community to walk, jog, or run for better brain health and to raise essential funds for dementia care.

Already, over 1,390 individuals have signed up, with more expected to join. Participants can still register online or sign up on the day at the venue.

MC Tully Smyth will host the event, ensuring a lively and family-friendly atmosphere for everyone involved. Her presence will add excitement to the day’s activities.
