Australian-founded platform offers free guided reset sessions
TatMooda became available on 8 August 2026 as a free download on the App Store and Google Play. Users can also access the platform on the web, as well as on iPhone and Android.
Founded by Australian holistic health practitioner Issi Gispan, the meditation app aims to calm the body, quiet the mind and support nervous system regulation. It targets everyday stress, emotional overwhelm, overthinking and difficulty slowing down.
Gispan built TatMooda from years of one-to-one client work in holistic health. As a result, the app turns that experience into guided practices people can use at home or wherever they need a reset.
Issi Gispan body-based method
Rather than asking users to relive distress, TatMooda uses guided visualisation, body awareness and calming sensory guidance. That approach does not require people to repeatedly revisit painful experiences.
“Many people try to think their way into calm while their body is still signalling danger,” Gispan said. “TatMooda begins with the body.”
Users can choose from a growing library of guided meditations and reset experiences. Content is available in English, Spanish, French and German from launch.
Free access is available across the platform, while optional Premium experiences unlock extra sessions. Meanwhile, TatMooda says its guided content is designed to be simple and compassionate across all four languages.
English, Spanish, French and German
Gispan said the goal was to make nervous system support available across languages, not only for English-speaking users. “When the nervous system experiences greater safety and ease, the mind has more room to settle,” she said.
TatMooda provides wellbeing and educational content rather than medical treatment. The company states that the app is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
