WhiteHawk gains Bell route into NASA SEWP VI federal program

Ordering across the US$60 billion program is set for 1 November 2026

WhiteHawk, an Australian-listed company which provides AI-enabled cyber risk management and cybersecurity solutions, has been selected by Bell Federal Systems Inc. To pursue U.S. Federal government work through NASA’s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, or SEWP, VI program.

The selection covers WhiteHawk’s U.S. Entity, WhiteHawk CEC Inc. It gives the company another route to market through an established prime contractor for cyber risk management, mobile application security and AI security work.

SEWP VI is the next version of NASA’s government-wide technology procurement program and federal civilian and defence agencies use it. The program has a reported aggregate ceiling of US$60 billion over a 10-year ordering period across three categories, with ordering scheduled to commence on 1 November 2026.

BFSI holds a prime contract in Category C. That category covers mission-based IT services and solutions, including cybersecurity, cloud services, artificial intelligence and machine learning, data analytics and AI governance.

Category C covers cyber and AI work

Under the arrangement, Bell Federal Systems will identify and coordinate relevant requests for quotation. WhiteHawk will then assess those opportunities and prepare technical and commercial responses for Bell to submit as the prime contractor.

WhiteHawk said the setup strengthens its ability to chase federal procurement opportunities by using Bell’s existing place in the market while focusing on proposal development and delivery if contracts are awarded.

A New York-based partner, Knowledge Preservation, introduced the opportunity. WhiteHawk described Knowledge Preservation as a specialist in information governance and data management, and said Bell selected WhiteHawk after completing due diligence.

The company linked the move to its partner-led growth strategy, which relies on complementary relationships and capabilities to pursue new markets.

After the Quixxi acquisition, WhiteHawk said it was positioned to pursue a wider range of U.S. Federal opportunities through an expanded portfolio that includes cyber risk management, critical infrastructure protection and AI security capabilities.

WhiteHawk said those offerings are aimed at challenges faced by commercial, government and critical infrastructure operators. It cited cyber threat identification, supply chain resilience, protection of digital services and the safe and responsible adoption of AI.

The company said critical infrastructure resilience is a priority at national, state and local levels because essential services increasingly rely on interconnected systems, digital applications and third-party suppliers.

WhiteHawk lists Cyber Risk Radar and its Cyber Analyst Platform as a Service among the products it uses to assess, monitor and prioritise cyber risks across operations and supply chains. It also said Clarity AI supports AI governance, Prompt Guard is intended to reduce the risk of sensitive information exposure through generative AI tools, and its mobile application security capabilities help protect applications and connected systems.

Chief executive Adrian Vallino said agencies face growing pressure to adopt AI securely while also managing cyber risk and protecting sensitive data.

“Our focus now is execution: identifying opportunities that fit our capabilities, making disciplined bid decisions and developing responses that give us the best chance of converting suitable opportunities into orders,” Vallino said.

WhiteHawk CEC has already been onboarded into the NASA SEWP network. The company said it will begin assessing opportunities when ordering opens on 1 November 2026, although any resulting work still depends on agency procurement processes and the award of individual orders.

WhiteHawk also cautioned that the US$60 billion figure applies to the overall NASA SEWP VI program across three categories. It is not revenue contracted to, or forecast for, WhiteHawk Limited or WhiteHawk CEC Inc.
