Winston & Strawn and Taylor Wessing have launched Winston Taylor, a transatlantic law firm with more than 1,400 lawyers, announced on 1st June. The firm combines operations across the US, UK, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Winston Taylor is strategically designed to address the evolving needs of clients in capital and innovation sectors. It boasts 20 offices in major commercial hubs and specialises in key areas such as litigation, transactions, intellectual property, and private wealth.
