Australian tour runs from 24 August to 4 September 2026
Yempo Solutions will run an Australian roadshow from 24 August to 4 September 2026, with Melbourne included in a tour aimed at helping small and medium-sized businesses outsource work to the Philippines.
The announcement was released in Sydney on 30 June 2026. It said the roadshow will help SMEs scale safely through offshore outsourcing to the Philippines.
Yempo Solutions supplies Philippines-based accounting, finance and IT professionals. The company serves businesses in Australia, the UK, the US, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Japan.
Australian chief executive Michelle Fiegehen leads the business. She is a former IT director in the finance sector and has spent decades leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams around the world.
Fiegehen said: “This year’s roadshow will be focused on the value of upholding fair, ethical, and compliant outsourcing, which our company is proud to have mastered.”
Yempo will use the tour to explain fair and compliant hiring for Australian firms building teams in the Philippines. The company says it has a robust understanding of the Fair Work Act and works as an Employer of Record in the Philippines.
Perth, Sydney and Melbourne visits
The 2026 roadshow will also include client visits across Australia. Perth, Sydney and Melbourne are the cities named for Fiegehen’s trip.
However, the source briefing did not give exact dates for each city. It only placed those visits within the 24 August to 4 September 2026 schedule.
Fiegehen said: “I will be coming to Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne, to check in on our partners, and understand how we can better support their needs.”
Yempo Solutions celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025. It also holds ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems and has received other industry citations.
Meanwhile, the company is a member of the Australian-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce Philippines and the British Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines. Those memberships add to its credentials in the outsourcing sector.
Fiegehen now lives in the Philippines and oversees teams in Manila, Cebu and other locations. She was also named one of APAC’s 10 High-Performing CEOs from the Philippines.
Businesses can sign up to meet Yempo Solutions in Australia during the roadshow. The events will cover outsourcing in IT, accounting and business support roles to the Philippines.
