Yum Cha offering introduces 90-minute menu at Cha Ching

Cha Ching has introduced a new Yum Cha experience at its Flinders Lane venue, with weekend sessions running every Saturday and Sunday. The offering operates from 11:30AM to 4:00PM and follows a 90-minute format.

The menu is priced at $59 per person, while children under 12 are charged $35. It includes a selection of dishes such as prawn har gow, pork and prawn siu mai, and xiao long bao. Additionally, the menu features truffle chicken wontons, Korean fried chicken, and black truffle fried rice.

Guests can also prepare DIY Peking duck pancakes as part of the offering. The menu focuses on a mix of traditional Yum Cha items alongside contemporary dishes. As a result, the experience presents a varied selection within the set timeframe.

Weekend format and inclusions

The Yum Cha experience is available exclusively on weekends and operates across a fixed 90-minute sitting. Therefore, bookings are structured to accommodate consecutive service periods throughout the day.

An optional drinks package is available for $99 per person. This package includes unlimited cocktails, prosecco, wine, and beer for the duration of the sitting. Signature cocktails included in the package are Bubble Gum and Cha Ching Me On.

The venue, located on Flinders Lane, has built a following for its modern Asian dining approach. It continues to cater to group bookings, celebrations, and long lunches within the CBD.

Cha Ching’s Yum Cha experience is part of its broader dining offering, with a focus on structured seating and set menus. Consequently, the introduction of this weekend menu expands its service model to include a timed, all-inclusive dining option.
