Quantum-Ready Fleet to Expand Nationwide
Datavault AI Inc. Has launched its first quantum-ready high-performance computing GPU sites in New York and Philadelphia. In response to the global AI compute shortage, the company plans to expand to over 100 US cities by the end of 2026.
Spanning 1,000 urban micro-edge neocloud sites, the 48,000-GPU fleet will be distributed nationwide. Each location supports up to 48 GPUs, optimised for low-latency AI inference and HPC workloads. This fleet’s market value is estimated between $1.44 billion and $1.92 billion.
Built on the SanQtum AI platform by Available Infrastructure, the network offers a cyber-secure, quantum-resistant architecture. It provides an alternative to traditional hyperscaler supply chains, which are experiencing extended lead times.
Addressing the AI Compute Shortage
Datavault AI is providing a new source of high-performance GPU capacity for enterprises. Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI, stated, “Our quantum-ready fleet gives enterprises a path to secure AI compute, data scoring, and tokenized monetization without waiting for hyperscaler allocations.”
By early July 2026, approximately 30 additional cities are expected to have active sites, with full commercial availability projected for Q3 2026. The network’s air-cooled, lower-power design overcomes power-grid and coolant constraints, making it a viable option for enterprises seeking reliable AI compute capacity.
Enhancing the network, the Information Data Exchange (IDE) platform will offer AI-powered yield management and branded data asset scoring. This will enable real-time data tokenization and monetization at the network edge.
The initiative comes amid a global AI compute shortage that has left enterprises outside the hyperscaler customer set waiting extended periods for high-performance GPU capacity. Built independently of the hyperscaler supply chain, the Datavault AI network offers a timely solution.
By the end of 2026, the nationwide network is scheduled to be revenue-generating. It will serve as a secure and efficient alternative source of AI compute capacity in a market currently constrained by power-grid and coolant limitations.
