During the session, you and your child will:

These activities are designed to release “feel good” hormones, calm the nervous system, and nurture deeper connection.

About the Facilitator

This retreat is guided by a qualified Children’s Occupational Therapist and with training in mental health, trauma-informed and kids and teens yoga. Their approach combines nervous system regulation, gentle yoga, breathing practices, and sensory strategies to support calm, connection, and emotional wellbeing for both parent and child.
