About this event

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of raw, real, and ridiculously inspiring storytelling.

6 events. 1 year of the podcast. 75 stories shared. Countless lives changed.

And we’re only just getting started…

Following five nights of tears, goosebumps, belly laughs, and “how is this my life?” moments, Life After I Left is back for our SIXTH live event – and this one’s a full-blown anniversary celebration!

Because this May, we’re celebrating one whole year of the Life After I Left podcast.

One year of brave voices.
One year of truth-telling.
One year of women saying, “This happened to me… and I’m still here.”

So we’re doing what we do best:

  • Getting off the screens
  • Back in the room
  • Heart-to-heart
  • Human-to-human

Five brand new women will take the mic and share the chapters they once thought they’d never say out loud: the breakdowns, the breakthroughs, the “burn it down and start again” moments that changed everything.

The kind of stories that make you sit there thinking, “Far out… if she can do that, maybe I can too.”

You’ll laugh.
You’ll cry.
You’ll feel seen in ways you didn’t expect.

And you’ll walk out lighter, braver, and probably hugging strangers in the car park.

Hosted by Life After I Left founder and your resident MC, Cat Dunn.

Expect warmth, wit, a little bit of chaos, and that signature rock-n-roll energy that makes this night feel more like a rebellion than an event.

WHAT TO EXPECT

✨ Five raw, real, deeply human stories
✨ A welcome drink
✨ Connection, conversation & community vibes
✨ A safe, inclusive space where you can just be yourself

This isn’t your average “sit politely and clap” kind of event.

It’s a celebration of survival, sisterhood, and self-expression. The kind that’ll leave your heart cracked open and your spirit fired up.

Come celebrate one year of the podcast with us.
Come witness something real.
Come be part of the movement.

Tickets are limited — and these will sell out!
