Take a break from uni stress and reconnect with us!

The SNAPS NeuroWellness Festival is a relaxed, interactive wellbeing event designed specifically for students who want to step away from the pressure of assignments and exams.

Across the afternoon, you’ll be able to move between different activity zones at your own pace. Whether you want to unwind, get creative, or just spend time with like-minded people, there’s something for everyone.

What’s included:

  • Guided yoga session for relaxation and mindfulness (bring your own mat).
  • Bracelet making and ceramic coaster painting for a calming creative outlet.
  • Mandala art colouring and affirmation boards focused on stress relief and positive thinking.
  • A short talk and Q and A with an Honours psychology student on mental health and wellbeing.

You’ll also enjoy snacks and canapes, plus gift bags including Carman’s Kitchen protein bars and discounts for CorePlus Glen Waverley ✨

Spots are limited, so secure your place early!

Wet Weather Plan:
If weather conditions are unsuitable, the event will be relocated to an indoor venue. All attendees will be notified via email and Instagram prior to the event.
