🌿 Soulful Sunday ~ Yin, Pin and Sound

🔥🐎Year of the Fire Horse ~ Stability, Strength & Momentum

📍 FlowSt8 – Glenarm St, Glen Iris

🗓 Sunday 26th April, 2026

Slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Soulful Sunday ~ Yin, Pin and Sound is a deeply nourishing experience combining Yin Yoga, acupuncture (pin), and sound healing to support your nervous system, energy levels and emotional wellbeing.

As we transition into the Year of the Fire Horse, a year associated with movement, momentum, freedom and vitality, these sessions offer the essential counterbalance. Rather than pushing harder, this series invites you to build your capacity to move forward from a grounded, regulated and resourced place.

Held in the beautiful FlowSt8 Studio in Glen Iris, these sessions invite you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body before returning to life with more clarity, steadiness and energy.

🐎 The Year of the Horse Intention

The Horse is powerful, fast-moving and full of life force. But without rest and grounding, this energy can quickly become burnout, anxiety and depletion.

This series supports you to:
• Regulate your nervous system
• Rebuild inner reserves
• Strengthen your capacity to move forward without force
• Find a sense of freedom that comes from stability, not urgency

Each session is aligned with seasonal Chinese Medicine themes, but always with the same core intention, to restore, rebalance and nourish your system.

You will leave feeling lighter, clearer and more spacious inside.
