FurtherAI has appointed Tom Bradley to lead its UK and EU operations, marking a strategic move in its global expansion efforts. The announcement was made on 18th May 2026.
Based in San Francisco, FurtherAI specialises in AI solutions for the insurance sector. Bradley's appointment aims to deepen relationships with existing partners in the UK and establish a local team to cater to increasing demand.

Bradley previously worked at Azur Technology, leading US commercial operations and assisting MGAs and carriers with technological transformations. He brings a wealth of experience in launching multiple MGAs across the US and UK.
FurtherAI's platform is already powering a shift in the US, working with carriers like Accelerant, Upland, and Novacore. The company partners with 3 of the top 5 brokers and 4 of the top 10 carriers in the US market.
