Inklings earned two w3 Awards Silver honours
Made Neat, a WordPress agency with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle, has won eight awards at the 21st annual w3 Awards, including two for Inklings, its online handwriting analysis service sold as a one-off report or gift card.
The Noosa-headquartered agency entered five websites, Inklings and four built for clients, and all five received an award. The total was one Gold and seven Silver.
Inklings won Silver in Best AI User Interface Design and Generative AI Application. It is also a finalist in three categories at the 2026 Australian Web Awards.
Customers using Inklings copy one sentence onto paper, photograph it and upload it. Made Neat says the platform’s AI is trained on six established graphology frameworks and produces a personalised report of more than 10 pages covering how customers think, communicate, make decisions and handle stress. The report is delivered online and as a PDF in about 10 minutes, with prices in six currencies for customers worldwide.
Made Neat managing director Luke Humble said: “Inklings is our own product, so we live with every decision we make on it, from how fast it loads to which features people actually use.”
Five sites recognised
The Gold award went to the website for Brisbane-based custom builder Emwinn Constructions in the Home Renovation category. Brightkind won two Silver awards, in Best Visual Appeal – Aesthetics and Shopping and Retail. SportInspired won two Silver awards, in Charitable Organisations and Cause Awareness. Modular Farms Australia won one Silver in Environment and Sustainability.
The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts announced the winners on 30 September. Entries are scored out of 10, and Gold requires a score of 9 or above.
AIVA has jurors from organisations including Google, Netflix, Microsoft and Stanford University. This year’s winners also included work for Bank of America, Cisco and Pfizer.
Made Neat has operated since 2010 and looks after more than 200 websites for businesses, not-for-profits and institutions. Its clients include Monash University in Clayton, AVID Property Group, InfraBuild and Private Healthcare Australia.
