On April 28th, Microsoft and Postel, a part of the Poste Italiane Group, announced the launch of their new AI-driven data platform. This platform targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Italy, aiming to enhance customer relationships. They welcomed Audiencerate as a technology partner in the Data and Direct & Digital Marketing space.
The platform integrates AI-powered market intelligence, first-party data, and omnichannel activation. It allows SMEs to analyse market trends and campaign performance, enabling more precise customer engagement strategies.
