The Royce Valentine’s offering includes dinner and accommodation on 14th February 2026
Melbourne’s boutique hotel The Royce has confirmed details of its Royce Valentines offering, featuring a one-night-only dining experience and optional accommodation package on 14th February 2026.
The centrepiece of The Royce Valentine’s programme is a three-course dinner served at The Showroom Bar, the hotel’s signature dining space. The dinner is available for one night only and is priced at $225 per person. A la carte bookings will also be available during the evening for guests not attending the set menu.
Located close to Melbourne’s CBD and nearby cultural and garden precincts, The Royce positions the Valentine’s offering within its existing food and beverage operation rather than as a standalone event. The Showroom Bar will operate as normal while hosting the Valentine’s service.
The dinner menu has been curated by Executive Chef Pawan Dutta, the 2025 National Chef of the Year, as awarded by the Australian Hotels Association. The menu draws on classical hospitality influences and will be delivered within The Showroom Bar’s established dining format.
Live jazz will accompany the dinner service, with performances by musician Jeremy Bennett scheduled throughout the evening. Entertainment forms part of the standard dining experience for the night and is included in the ticket price.
Valentine’s accommodation option
In addition to the dinner, The Royce has confirmed a Valentine’s accommodation option available for the same date. Guests booking the stay will receive a 15% discount on their selected room or suite.
The accommodation package also includes a complimentary cocktail per guest and breakfast for two the following morning. Breakfast will be served with a glass of Taittinger Champagne included.
Breakfast service will be available on The Terrace, the hotel’s European-style courtyard, with access to the standard à la carte breakfast menu. Menu items include pastries, hot breakfast dishes and plated sweet options.
The Valentine’s stay package is available for one night only and is limited to bookings made directly with the hotel. Reservations for the accommodation offer must be made by calling the hotel’s front desk.
