Election Scheduled for June Shareholders Meeting
Grindr Inc. has nominated Rob Solomon, Lisa Gersh, and Fadi Hanna to its Board of Directors. Elections will occur at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 2, 2026.
Rob Solomon is an experienced technology CEO and currently leads H55, a company specializing in electric aviation. He previously transformed GoFundMe into a leading personal giving platform and held leadership roles at Groupon and Kayak-predecessor SideStep.
Lisa Gersh brings extensive experience in managing consumer brands and media companies. She has served as CEO of GOOP and Alexander Wang and has been on the board of Hasbro since 2010.
Fadi Hanna, Chief Risk Officer at Bloomberg L.P., has a strong background in risk management and compliance. He previously worked at J.P. Morgan and served on the board of Immigration Equality.
Strengthening Governance and Expertise

Grindr conducted a comprehensive director search, engaging established search firms to identify candidates with the expertise needed for the company’s next phase. Solomon, Gersh, and Hanna were selected from a diverse pool of candidates.

Rob Solomon's experience includes scaling technology platforms with over 25 years in the field. As Chairman and CEO of GoFundMe, he oversaw billions in donations that supported various causes. His leadership at H55 focuses on expanding sustainable aviation technologies in the U.S.
Lisa Gersh, with her extensive experience in consumer brands and media, has been instrumental in leading businesses like Oxygen Media. Her role on the Hasbro board since 2010 further exemplifies her governance expertise.
Fadi Hanna's oversight of enterprise risk at Bloomberg L.P. is complemented by his previous roles at J.P. Morgan. His experience in risk management is expected to bring valuable insights to Grindr's Board.
