Lima Partners Joins Andersen Global

Andersen Global has expanded its presence in West Africa by incorporating Lima Partners as a member firm in Ghana. The announcement was made on 21st April 2026. This partnership introduces the Andersen name in Ghana, significantly boosting its West African operations.

Headquartered in Accra, Andersen in Ghana was established in 2014. The firm, led by Managing Partner Daniel Addo Okoe, offers a wide array of professional services. These include tax advisory, regulatory compliance, accounting, transfer pricing, payroll administration, immigration, and company secretarial services. The firm caters to both local and international clients operating in Ghana and the wider West African region.

Senior partner Kwame Amporful stated, “Becoming a member firm of Andersen Global marks a milestone for our organisation.” He emphasised the enhanced cross-border capabilities that clients will experience, benefiting from a broader international reach. This integration allows clients to receive practical, high-quality advisory services tailored to the Ghanaian market.

Ghana’s Role in West Africa

Ghana plays a crucial role in facilitating cross-border trade and investment within West Africa. Mark L. Vorsatz, Global Chairman and CEO of Andersen, highlighted the importance of establishing Andersen in Ghana as a step toward an integrated platform across the region. Lima Partners’ addition to Andersen Global strengthens the firm’s footprint in the West African region. Clients in Ghana will now have access to enhanced advisory services tailored specifically to the Ghanaian market, ensuring they meet local and international standards. This integration is part of Andersen Global’s strategy to expand its reach in strategic locations.
