BREATHE MELBOURNE FESTIVAL

Sunday 26 April 2026 11:00am – 4:00pm
Catani Gardens Saint Kilda West
$91–$128
Australia’s largest wellness festival is coming to Melbourne. movement, music, recovery experiences + human connection.

Breathe Melbourne is a one-day large-scale wellness festival designed to bring people together through movement, recovery, music, and real human connection.

This is not a retreat. It’s not a class. It’s a full-day experience built around feeling good in your body, clearing your head, and reconnecting with the people around you. A space to reset, recharge, and step out of the noise without switching off from life.

Across the day, you’ll move through guided breathwork, grounding and recovery experiences, and connection-based sessions designed to support clarity, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing. As the day progresses, the atmosphere builds into a high-energy celebration of sound, movement, and community.

On the day, expect:
• Large-scale ice bath zones and expansive sauna setups, supported by experienced hot and cold immersion coaches
• Guided breathwork, meditation, and holistic wellness spaces
• Fitness and sport-focused pop-up tents alongside massage and bodywork experiences
• Live music, sound healing, and DJs throughout the day
• Dedicated chill and connection zones to pause, reset, and connect
• Wholefood food trucks from across Melbourne serving clean, nourishing meals designed to leave you feeling energised

Everything is designed to be flexible. Get involved, explore what interests you, or simply take it all in at your own pace.

Breathe Melbourne isn’t about performance or pretending to be something you’re not. It’s about showing up, feeling good, and being part of something that brings people together in a powerful way.

This event also marks the beginning of a much bigger mission focused on mental health, collective wellbeing, and large-scale human connection.

Come solo or bring your crew.
Leave feeling clear, energised, and connected.

This is where it starts.
Be part of something bigger than just an event.
