After a decade in nursing, offering clinical healing, I now have the privilege of witnessing transformation on a whole new level as a Breathwork Facilitator. I began breathwork to help manage my stress but what it revealed was more than I ever expected. It opened a path to healing I didn’t realise I was searching for and transformed the most important relationship, the one I have with myself.

What to Expect

Guided breakthrough breathwork journey in a safe & supported space. Accessing the subconscious through guided conscious breathing.

  • Ceremonial Cacao ancient heart opening helps to open inner connection
  • Conscious Breakthrough breathwork Journey (Led by Olya Founder of Breath Balance, Clinical Background in Nursing & Paramedicine, Certified Breathwork Facilitator). Assisting in holding a safe space – Mark Singam practitioner and founder of Health Renovation, specialising in Kinesiology, Reiki, Homeopathy and Massage.
  • Introduction To Breathwork The profound effects on mental & physical health and the science behind breath and nervous system connection.
  • Sound Bath & music to induce deep relaxation and allow your system to let go and embrace the transformative shifts
  • Connection & Reflection in a safe, supported environment with like minded community for individual growth.
  • Light snacks
  • What to Bring: Open mind and heart, journal (optional), comfortable clothes, water bottle & eye mask.

Provided: Mats, blankets, water, bolsters, pillows.
