Strategic Appointments to Enhance Operations
Orezone Gold Corporation has announced the appointment of Marc-Andre Pelletier as Chief Operating Officer, Jean-François Ravenelle as Vice President of Exploration, and Amanda Mallough as Vice President of Investor Relations, effective from various dates in May and June 2026. These key appointments are part of Orezone's strategic growth plan.
These appointments are crucial as Orezone continues its transformation into a diversified multi-asset gold producer. Jean-François Ravenelle starts immediately, while Amanda Mallough joins on 18th May and Marc-Andre Pelletier on 1st June.

Expertise and Roles
Marc-Andre Pelletier, a professional mining engineer with over 30 years of experience, previously held key roles at Wesdome Gold Mines and Bonterra Resources. He is renowned for significant achievements in mine operations and production increases, such as at the Kiena mine and Eagle mine.
Jean-François Ravenelle brings over 20 years of expertise in structural geology and has led successful exploration projects at New Gold and BHP. He will focus on advancing exploration efforts at Orezone's newly acquired Casa Berardi gold mine, leveraging his experience in brownfields exploration.
Amanda Mallough has over a decade of experience in investor relations within the mining sector. She has contributed significantly to corporate transformations and market visibility at companies like Andean Precious Metals and will enhance Orezone's investor relations outreach.
Orezone has promoted Kevin MacKenzie to Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, and Chris McLean to Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, at Orezone Quebec. These promotions support the company’s growth initiatives.
Marc-Andre and Jean-François will play vital roles in advancing Orezone's strategy to increase production and rapidly advance exploration. Marc-Andre has a proven history of success in expanding operations in the Abitibi region, while Jean-François excels in discovery and exploration.
