AI-Driven Insights Enhance Customer Interactions

Boomi has teamed up with Gong in a strategic collaboration to integrate Gong’s revenue AI into the Boomi Enterprise Platform. This integration allows enterprises to convert conversation data into automated actions.

Enterprises can now leverage Gong’s insights on risk, buyer intent, and engagement signals through Boomi’s Agentstudio. These capabilities enable streamlined and automated workflows across various business systems.

Ed Macosky, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Boomi, stated, “The agentic enterprise isn’t built on static data, it’s powered by real-time signals that drive action. With the depth of Gong’s revenue insights, Boomi provides the foundation to operationalize them within its agent network.”

Integration Features and Benefits

Boomi Connect optimises connectivity to Gong, offering access to call data and insights with high security. This setup allows AI builders to utilise Gong signals without additional infrastructure, providing a seamless integration for joint customers.

Eran Aloni, Executive Vice President of Product Strategy and Ecosystem at Gong, commented, “With Boomi, we’re enabling organisations to harness Gong’s AI-driven insights and signals within the Boomi Enterprise Platform to drive coordinated outcomes for customers, seamlessly and at scale.”

Additional features include the Gong recipe available on the Boomi Marketplace, which facilitates quick deployment of workflows. Boomi’s Agent Control Tower provides governance and oversight, ensuring compliance and security for AI-driven actions.

Gong’s Revenue AI OS orchestrates customer insights across critical revenue workflows, extending value across the enterprise. Through this integration, organisations can harness real-time triggers for AI agents, enabling automated cross-system workflows from churn prevention to post-sale expansion.

This collaboration allows Boomi to list Gong as a native integration on the Gong Collective. Joint customers benefit from real-time governance and security, ensuring seamless data exchange. Boomi Connect provides optimised and governed connectivity to Gong, offering revenue teams access to call data, insights, and representative activity signals.

With Gong registered in Boomi’s MCP Registry, its revenue signals and engagement data become accessible to any AI agent on the platform. AI builders get a ready-made, governed data source to act on live Gong signals without building infrastructure from scratch.
