For a city celebration with a little more character, DOLLY is marking Mother’s Day 2026 with a special four-course lunch and dinner across the weekend.
Hidden beneath Le Méridien Melbourne, the restaurant has built a following for its intimate room and European sensibility. This Mother’s Day, Executive Chef Hervé Borghini will serve a menu shaped by his Bordeaux roots and time in Michelin kitchens along the Côte d’Azur.
The experience is priced at $95 per person, with a complimentary glass of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut NV Champagne for each mum, and will be available for dinner on Saturday 9 May and lunch on Sunday 10 May. In a luxury hotel setting, it exceptional on value.
Families are welcome to bring children under 12, with a kids’ menu available to order on the day. For those inclined to make more of the occasion, lunch or dinner can also be paired with a stay upstairs at Le Méridien Melbourne.
