PERTH — HOYTS Cinemas has announced a renewed joint venture with ACE Cinemas to rebrand their Rockingham location as ACE HOYTS Rockingham starting this May. This move marks a further step in their partnership in Western Australia, according to a company statement released this week.
The collaboration between HOYTS, Australia’s largest cinema chain, and ACE, a long-standing exhibitor in WA, first began in October 2023. The partnership focuses on revitalising cinema experiences, with Midland Gate being the first to benefit from this collaboration.

The revitalization of the Rockingham site follows a successful collaboration at Midland Gate. The cinema will upgrade its facilities in 2027, maintaining its status as a premier entertainment destination. ACE Club Members will transition to the HOYTS Rewards Loyalty Program, retaining benefits like ticket savings.
